I have an old yamaha dirtbike. what year is it? - yard yamaha r1
I have a dirt bike from my friend who sat for years in his garden. I stared at him run. said it was a YZ 250th He did not know what year, but his bar 2 I have the serial number and 3R6-004479-I buy the music, but I have no idea what year it is, someone please help me.

If you have a Yamaha dealer number, call them and give them this number and they will tell you what exacatlly. I have done many times before, sure, but I have to buy the right bike for the right parts. All Yamaha dealer can do this, even if they only see a neighbor on the network and give them a call. I think that says it was a YZ 250, then it is very likly, but I give the year and everything they need to know to buy parts. It is a good place to get OEM parts for everything you buy.
